We offer support for a variety of non-server (aka client) devices. We support Desktops, Laptops, Windows, Mac, we’ll even help you with your tablet devices. Some of the services we offer:

    Virus/Malware removal and remediation
    Transfer from old computer to new
    Upgrading your Operating System or Applications
    Peripheral installation and troubleshooting

We have a variety of support plans available:

Break/Fix
This is our most basic offering. Call us when you need us and we’ll be happy to come out and work on your problem or project. After an initial contact is made, we’ll respond within 4 business hours.

Pros:
No upfront costs
No recurring expenses

Cons:
Higher hourly rate compared to other packages
No routine/preventative maintenance
You’re responsible for maintaining your backups and anti-virus software

SLA: Response time within 4 hours
Rate: $150/hr
Bill time: Minimum 1 hour, 30 minute increments thereafter

Retainer
We offer a monthly retainer package to on-going clients. With the retainer package, we bill you upfront for a certain number of hours per month. The number of hours is based on the size and complexity of your environment. Any work done beyond the retainer hours is billed separately.

In order to do this, we’ll need to come into your office and do an initial assessment of your environment. That way we’ll have the basic information we need to support you going forward. We plan on this taking about 15 minutes per computer. This assessment is not billable time. Once the assessment is complete, we will determine the retainer rate.

Call us when you need us and we’ll be happy to either come out or remote in and work on your problem. After an initial contact is made, we’ll respond within 2 business hours.

Pros:
Lower hourly rate than the Break/Fix package
Expenses are somewhat predictable
Routine maintenance is performed on servers
All computers are monitored for critical problems

Cons:
Minimum monthly cost

SLA: Response time within 2 hours
Rate: Discounted from our base rate
Bill time for on-site work: Minimum 1 hour, 30 minute increments thereafter
Bill time for remote work: 15 minute increments
